Tree Top Hospital as Maldives Half Marathon's medical sponsor

The Maldives Half Marathon that was held last Friday saw Tree Top as their medical sponsor.

Tree Top Hospital had extended various services for free during the event, such as basic health check-ups at their stall and a special panel discussion as well.

During the panel, topics such as healthy living and information for increasing awareness concerning road safety was discussed. Health advice was also given to runners in conjunction with the Half Marathon team, in preparation for their final event run. Tree Top also had medical support at the ready during the event.

Tree Top has stated that their aim during events such as these are to increase awareness in health and wellness, along with being ready for emergency situations in the sports sector. This is also under their CSR initiatives, as per their statement.

The following events took place:

- 1.21 km Half Marathon

- 15 km Endurance Challenge

- 10 km Tough Ten Race

- 5 km Fun Run (aimed at families)
