Ingredients
200 ml cranberry juice
5 ml fresh lime juice
20 ml strawberry purée
10 ml raspberry purée
10 ml blueberry purée
5 g fresh blueberries
1–2 fresh strawberries, sliced
4–5 mint leaves
Ice cubes, as needed
Method
Fill a glass or blender jar with ice. Add the strawberry, raspberry and blueberry purees.
Add the fresh blueberries, sliced strawberries and lightly crushed mint leaves.
Add the lime juice and cranberry juice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a chilled serving glass.
Top with fresh blueberries, sliced strawberries and a sprig of mint.
