Ingredients:

3 tbsp plain yogurt

150 ml fresh milk

20 ml mango purée

15 ml honey

1 tsp cardamom powder

Fresh mango, diced

Ice cubes, as needed

Method

Add the yogurt to the fresh milk for a creamy base.

Add the cardamom powder, honey and mango purée.

Add the diced fresh mango and ice and blend until smooth and well combined.

Swirl a little mango purée around the inside of the serving glass. Pour the lassi into the glass and top with diced mango for garnish.
