Ingredients:
1 tortilla wrap
1 tbsp mayonnaise
Cooked chicken, cut into strips (seasoned with curry powder, coriander powder and cumin powder)
Fresh chilli, sliced (to taste)
Lettuce, shredded
Cheese, grated
Tomato, julienned
Cucumber, julienned
Onion, thinly sliced
Method:
Lay the tortilla flat and spread the mayonnaise evenly across the centre.
Layer the julienned tomato and cucumber in the centre. Add the sliced onion and the spiced chicken strips on top.
Add shredded lettuce and chilli, then finish with cheese.
Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla over the filling, tuck in both sides and roll tightly to seal the wrap.
Place the wrap on a hot pan and toast for a few minutes until the outside turns golden and slightly crisp.
Allow the wrap to cool slightly, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Serve with French fries and dips such as ketchup and mayonnaise.
