First Friday prayer of Ramadan

February 20, 2026: On this first Friday of Ramadan, large congregations gather at mosques for Friday prayers. All mosques in the Male' area were filled to capacity with the old and young as they joined the prayers. Today's sermon focused on the importance of faith and seeking repentance.
