NSPA Deputy CEO Shiuna dismissed

National Social Protection Agency (NSPA) Deputy CEO Shiuna Ahmed has been dismissed.

The reasons for her dismissal are not yet known.

In a post on social media, Shiuna stated that she had been relieved of her duties at 15:36 hrs yesterday.

Shiuna asserted that although she has been dismissed at a time when there are heavy allegations of corruption against the government, she has not had any involvement in any such offences.
