The salaries, and allowances if given, for the soon-to-be elected FAM ExCo are to be made public.

In order for the FAM to adopt a financially transparent system, the newly elected FAM ExCo's are to disclose financial information in an easily accessible manner to the public after the 26th July 2025 election. The information to be disclosed includes:

- Financial management information

- Audit reports

- Yearly audit compliance report

- Salaries and allowances of ExCo members

These are completely new procedures for the FAM. In a congressional hearing held on 27th June 2025, it was decided that approval from the ExCo's are required to conduct sizeable transactions.

Congress also decided to take measures to ensure the independence of the Audit and Compliance Committee. An "integrity check" is also set to be conducted before the elected members take their seats in order to avoid conflicts of interest and to ensure their integrity.

The FAM are appointing the upcoming ExCo following allegations of corruption and money laundering under the previous leadership. Former president of the association, Bassam Adeel Jaleel, is accused of buying two penthouses and an apartment with money from the FAM and also spending it on foreign trips. Some cases are currently pending against him in the Criminal Court.

Since August last year, every financial transaction in the association has been approved by FIFA's financial consulting firm, Ankura.

The newly appointed ExCo are to have transactions audited by Ankura for a set period of time after they take their seats.
