Teenager dies in fatal fall from Vinares Tower

An 18 year old boy died today through falling from Vinares Tower in Hulhumale' Phase 2.

Police are investigating the incident and have not disclosed further details as of yet, including which floor of the tower he fell from.

Although he was taken to the Hulhumale' Hospital at around 4:30pm, immediately after the fall, the hospital said he had been unresponsive even on arrival.

"With no improvement seen even after administering CPR, he was declared deceased a short while ago," a hospital official said.
