Search underway for Russian tourist missing in Ukulhas

A search is underway in AA. Ukulhas for a Russian tourist who went missing on the island. 

Ukulhas Council said that they are searching for a male Russian tourist who had been staying at the La Palma Suites guesthouse on the island. He was scheduled to leave the island this morning, but has not been heard from today, the council said. 

He travelled to Ukulhas alone on holiday and was last seen late yesterday afternoon, according to the council. 

All his belongings, including his mobile phone, is in his room at the guesthouse, the council revealed.

The council expressed concern for his safety and said that the matter has now been reported to Police.
