Dead body found at sea

A dead body was discovered floating in the sea near Gulhi Falhu today. 

Police confirmed that they had received reports of a body being spotted at sea today, adding that they have now confirmed the identity of the deceased as well. 

Police, however, did not disclose the identity. 

The body has now been transferred to Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital, Police said. 

Police said the matter is under investigation, with details to be released as they emerge.
