ESSESS Foundation launches 'guided conversations'

ESSESS Foundation said that the program will connect youth with 16 experienced mentors across different fields.

ESSESS Foundation has launched a mentorship program titled 'Guided Conversations' which aims to provide youth with guidance in various fields. 

ESSESS Foundation said that the program will connect youth with 16 experienced mentors across different fields. 

The mentors will share their own experiences and lessons with youth, and provide guidance, the foundation said. 

These conversations are meant to encourage youth to move forward in their chosen fields with confidence.

  • Shahina Ali - Sustainability and Environment
  • Ahmed Siraj - Finance and Governance
  • Ibrahim Shiuree - Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing and Communication, Sports and Performance Career
  • Mariyam Shafiyya - Tourism and Hospitality, Personal Development and Leadership
  • Aminath Hameed - Culinary Arts
  • Naail Abdul Rahman - Technology and Digital Careers
  • Reesha Abdul Munnin - Women In Aviation
  • Aminath Suzan - Personal Development and Leadership
  • Aminath Shifana - Engineering and Women In Construction

ESSESS Foundation said that each mentor holds extensive experience in their fields. The mentors are willing to dedicate time and expertise to pave the path forward for the next generation, the foundation said. 

Participants can opt for mentors from their chosen fields. They also have the option of having one-on-one sessions.
