During the 14th MBA International Badminton Championship held in Port Dickson, Malaysia from 26th July 2025 to 27th July 2025, Maldives' Revival Sports team took gold in three doubles events.

Fathimath Nabaaha Abdul Razzaq (Naba) and Aminath Nabeeha (Nabee) won gold in the Women's Doubles category. Zayan Zaki and Nibal Ahmed won gold in the Men's Doubles category, with Zayan and Naba winning gold in the Mixed Doubles category.

In addition to the three gold medals, Revival players won three bronze medals and a silver medal.

Naba won the silver medal in the Women's Singles final. The three bronze medals were won by Nibal in the Men's Singles, Nabee in the Women's Singles, with Nabee and Nibal winning the third bronze medal in Mixed Doubles.

In addition to the four players, Hassan Zayan Mohamed also took part in the competition. All players were trained by Coach Nashfan Mohamed.

Badminton World Federation (BWF) had suspended the Maldivian Badminton Association on 16th May 2025. Due to this, Maldivian badminton players have been unable to take part in any BWF tournaments.

As Maldives was suspended, a team from Revival Sports was set to compete in BWF tournaments in the Czech Republic and Italy last month. And so with the suspension, Maldivian players weren't allowed to compete. Maldivian players are currently playing only in tournaments that do not fall into the BWF category.
