Diamond Jubilee U19 Invitational Cup: Ahmadhiyya goes to finals

Ahmadhiyya International School has secured the second spot in the finals of the Diamond Jubilee Under 19 Invitational Cup. 

Ahmadhiyya lost to CHSE Male' with a 3-nil score in last night's match. Villa International High School won 4-1 against CHSE Hulhumale'. 

With this, CHSE Male', who has a spot in the finals, has gained 9 points without conceding a single match. Ahmadhiyya and Villa each have 4 points. 

Ahmadhiyya edged ahead of Villa by a single goal. With 7 goals scored and 4 conceded, they hold a 3-goal advantage. Villa, with 6 goals scored and 4 conceded, have a 2-goal advantage. 

In last night's match, CHSE Male's goals were scored by Mohamed Aayan Shaz, Eadhan Ahmed Moosa and Ahmed Zakhwan Abdulla Faiz. 

In yesterday afternoon's match, Villa's goals were scored by Mohamed Zeek Ahmed, Kaain Abdulla Faiz, Looth Iz'aan Bin Ahmed and Ahmed Laith Abbas. CHSE Hulhumale's goal was an own goal by a Villa player. 

The final match of the tournament is scheduled for 4pm on Sunday.
